I'm Melanie
I love hanging out with friends and sharing new experiences.
My perfect day begins with morning devotions, journaling and meditating. Setting my intentions for the day ahead and then spending time with the people I love. Being outdoors - hopefully in the sunshine! Having time to read, color, knit, dance, and sing. That is my perfect day!
How it all started...
I wanted more Sparkle, Joy, Love & Laughter in my life! And Girlfriends to share it with.
Healthy living, Blue Zones, Exercise, Friends, Community. All of these thoughts were running through my mind. I've loved all things food and exercise since I was young. As I got older I wanted to learn more!
Over the past few decades I've invested time and money on nutrition courses, exercise classes, weight management certifications, improving my mindset, and making the best choices for healthful living for a long life. If it falls into any of these categories, I'm always hungry to learn more!
Fast forward to 2020. I retired from my job after 26 years and wanted to do something that filled my heart and soul! To be surrounded by Sprightly women who wanted the best for their "retirement" years!
Sprightly was born! Finding ways to attract Sparkle, Joy, Love and Laughter so that the world around us is bathed in beauty and positivity.
