YOU are energy!

As I was listening to a guided meditation this morning, I was instructed to focus on my heart and tune into what I was feeling. The focus was on the heart chakra, which is located in the middle of your chest, and view it as pink and sparkling. Tune in and let all the love I feel grow and fill the room and then continue out into the room, then the town and eventually into the universe.

I began to wonder what would the world look like if everyone did this? Can you imagine how different the world would be if everyone took a few minutes to simply be still and fill their space with the energy of loving thoughts? To intentionally send loving thoughts out into the world around them! The energy would be electric!

Do you ever think about the power you posses over the energy inside you and the way it moves in the universe? YOU are powerful! Your energy affects everything and everyone around you. Even if/when you are unaware that it's even happening!

So, as you go about your day today, think about the energy you are emitting and remember that like attracts like. And the best part is that we get to choose how we want to feel! Really!! We choose our thoughts and our actions and our actions affect our energy.
