Do you hate to exercise?

What if it could be fun?  What did you enjoy doing as a child?  Did you spend every minute that you could outside, walking to your friend's house or playing games?

As children we were on the go all of the time!  However, as adults, we sit behind a desk, drive everywhere and then sit to watch TV at night.  If you have trouble sleeping, it may be because you haven't moved enough during the day.

Let's brainstorm some ideas to help you get moving.  You don't need to train like an olympic athlete, or become a gym rat.  You just need to move your body...and it can be fun!!!  I promise!
